About Daniel
Daniel has continued to set the standard for what it means to be an exceptional travel nurse! Stepping confidently into the Charge Nurse role this quarter, he’s shown outstanding leadership, taken initiative, and continues to be a dependable teammate that everyone can count on. His positive attitude, strong communication skills, and unwavering professionalism have had a lasting impact across the entire MedX team. Outside of work, Daniel is just as committed at home—a devoted family man whose character and values shine through in everything he does. Now on his fourth travel contract with MedX, Daniel continues to raise the bar and embody what it means to be an MVP. This recognition is incredibly well deserved!

What inspired you to start travel nursing?
Getting to meet different people and seeing different places and cultures.

What has been your favorite part about the current location you’re working in?
I’m currently working in a critical access hospital. I’ve really enjoyed the small community and tight-knit family feel.

What is your biggest piece of advice to fellow clinicians interested in starting their travel journey?
It is important to be humble and flexible.

What has been your most memorable experience as a travel nurse?
I’ve gotten a few letters of recognition from family members and managers at different facilities that I’ve traveled to. It’s definitely meaningful to get recognized at a facility that I’m at for such a short amount of time.

The employees at Mader MedX have been easy to work with and very polite.
