Mader MedX’s parent company, Mader Group, is able to support a growing number of communities across the Americas and the world – forging strong local connections and an organizational culture of participation and mindfulness.
Our Tools for Life Program is a targeted program that aims to equip individuals and communities with the tools they need to build a better future and succeed in life. Consisting of a series of volunteer, charity and sponsorship initiatives, this program recognises the opportunity businesses have to improve socio-economic development.
With a strong focus on youth, education and support to remote areas and disadvantaged groups, our program aims to empower communities, improve social dynamics and lessen inequality across Australia and the globe.
School Construction Project
Solwezi Zambia
Every child is deserving of a good education, however, this is often beyond reach in many developing countries. In 2019, Mader Group, facilitated the construction of an extension project at Kijilamatambo School through the donation of USD$20,000 and a lending hand by a select team of Mader’s Technical Advisors and Trainers.
In 2022, Mader Group was proud to raise another USD$17,000 which will be used to support the school with repairs, desks, reading material and more to be announced soon. We can’t wait to send one of our Pediatric Nurses over to check in on the 1,000 children that attend the school weekly.
Ronald McDonald Home
Perth, Australia
Each Ronald McDonald House relies on a large team of volunteers every day to help families of seriously ill children across Australia. Each year, Mader Group joins this mission by taking part in the Home for Dinner Program. Welcoming families with a smile, Mader Group employees volunteer their time to cook homemade dinners for those staying at Ronald McDonald House.
After a long day by their child’s hospital bed, a warm meal helps to ease the burden of their difficult journey.
Discovery Education’s Instructional Resources
Nevada, USA
During the height of COVID-19, Mader Group partnered with Nevada Gold Mines and 25 local businesses to break the digital divide for students exuberated by the global pandemic. During the period, students had limited access to laptops and education resources.
In an initiative led by Nevada Gold Mines, Mader Group and a groups of proactive local businesses raised $170,000 for Chromebooks as K-12 students transition back into hybrid learning.
